The Site and Offerings are intended for use by individuals in the United States of America. we do not accept orders from individuals outside United States of America. As such, by placing an Order through our Site or App, you warrant that you: (1) Are legally capable of entering into these Terms; (2) Are at least 18 years old; (3) Are a resident of United States of America; and (4) Are accessing the Site or App from United States of America.
Curated Plates reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, adjust prices at any time and without notice to you.
Our subscriptions are an automatic, recurring once in 2 weeks subscription to Curated Plates products. You will receive a package periodically from curated plates including the recipes you selected. The subscription service consists of an initial charge followed by recurring periodic charges. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. By signing up for our subscription service you are agreeing to recurring periodic payments for an indefinite time until cancelled by your or us.
In order to utilize specific features on the Site individuals will need to create an account with Curated Plates. Should you create an account with Curated Plates, you agree to: (1) provide the accurate and up-to- date information, as well as updating the information as necessary; (2) maintain the security of your password and accept the risks associated with access to your account which is not authorized by you.
The use of the Platform or the Contents is at your own risk. The Contents in this Platform could include technical inaccuracies or errors. Curated Plates may make changes or improvements at any time.
You Agree that use of Curated plates Service, the platform, and the internet is entirely at your own risk. Curated Plates does not warrant that the functions provided by the platform will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this platform or the server that makes it available is free from viruses or other harmful components. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold curated plates Parties harmless from any and all suits, actions, legal or administrative proceedings, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, settlements and expenses, including attorney's fees, accounting fees, and costs, arising in connection with, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your use of the Platform or Contents, or your violation of these Terms of Use.
Curated Plates reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Platform, or any portion thereof, at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, without prior notice or any notice. We do not accept returns and do not provide refund.
Cancellation policy - Cancellation takes effect for the following cycle (2 weeks). Recipes selected for that cycle will be delivered if not skipped.
